Product Introduction

 

This diagram illustrates the air - flow system of motor - related equipment, which consists of multiple key components to ensure the normal operation of the motor.
First, let's look at the air - flow paths. There are three main types of lines: the red Hot Air Flow Line, the blue Cool Air Flow Line, and the yellow Sensor Line.
The Cool Air Flow Line (blue) starts from the Filter on the left. The filter is used to purify the incoming air, removing impurities to prevent them from damaging the subsequent components. The purified cool air then flows to the motor. The motor is the core component, and the cool air helps to maintain an appropriate operating temperature for it. After passing through the motor, the air may carry heat and becomes hot air, entering the Hot Air Flow Line (red).
The Hot Air Flow Line has several branches. One branch leads to the Blow Off Valve. When necessary, the blow - off air can be released through this valve, and then passes through a Silencer to reduce noise before being discharged as Blow Off Air. Another branch is the Motor Cooling Air path, which also goes through a Silencer to minimize noise and then discharges the hot air.
