Holistic Industrial Air Knife Blower for Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plant
Product Introduction
Our blower has three essential components, one of them being the ternary flow impeller. The impeller, made from 7075 material, allows stable operation at ultra-high speeds. It is precision-machined by a five-axis machining center and designed under the ternary flow concept, achieving a multi-variable efficiency of 92%. The second component is a high-speed permanent magnet motor, which applies advanced air-cooling technology for motors, with an efficiency up to 97%. This motor is featured by frequency speed control, high energy efficiency, simple overall structure, high power density, wide amplitude range, strong overload capacity, and high reliability. The third is an air bearing, which uses a self-acting dynamic pressure air bearing with flexible surface support. It is marked by long service life, high reliability, good stability, strong bearing capacity, and high temperature resistance. Without lubrication, it has almost no power loss, showing remarkable energy-saving effects. There is no friction within the dynamic pressure air bearing, which suppresses rotor vibration. The rotor amplitude is less than 0.02mm, and it has passed 20,000 start-stop tests, making it a semi-permanent bearing in the real sense.
