High Efficiency Consolidated Wastewater Aeration Blower for Cement Industry
Product Introduction
The performance tables detail model number, bore, r.p.m, discharge pressure, air capacity, and power requirement for the blower.
The air capacity in the tables is indicated in the standard suction state.The standard suction state herein mentioned is defined as the condition at 20℃ temperature, 1.0332Kgf/cm2 (101.3KPa) absolute pressure and 65% relative humidity.
The reference air capacity (temperature 0℃ and 1.0332kgf/cm2 (101.3kpa) absolute pressure) is generally indicated in Nm3/min.
However, it may be converted into the standard air capacity by the following equation, if the suction pressure is equal.
Qs = QNx1.0732
Where, Qs: standard air capacity (m3/min); and
QN: reference air capacity (m3/min).
Standard air capacity can be mathematically derived from discharge air capacity using the formula below.
Qs = Qdx (1.0332+Pd)/ 1.0332x(273+Ts)/(273 + Td)
Where, Qd : discharge air capacity, in m3/min;
Pd : discharge pressure, in Kgf/cm2,
Ts : suction temperature, in ℃,
Td : discharge temperature, in ℃.
The performance chart calculates model, bore size, RPM, and power specifications based on precomputed air capacity and discharge pressure.

Transaction Process
The transaction process begins with collecting client specifications to identify compatible products. This initial phase requires thorough discussions to understand precise requirements, preferences, and technical parameters. Accurate needs assessment ensures that recommended solutions fully match the client’s expectations.
Following verification of requirements, an official quotation is provided. This document outlines product specifications, cost structures, delivery arrangements, and payment policies. Clear and upfront pricing fosters confidence and allows customers to make well-informed choices.
Once the quotation is accepted, the next step is payment processing. We offer various payment methods, including wire transfers and digital payment platforms. A reliable and efficient payment system ensures smooth financial transactions.
After payment verification, manufacturing begins. Strict quality assurance protocols are implemented throughout production to meet regulatory standards and client-defined criteria. Adherence to scheduled timelines is crucial to avoid delays.
After production, items are carefully packed in durable wooden crates for shipping, minimizing the risk of handling damage. Meticulous packaging reflects corporate diligence and protects product integrity.
The concluding stages involve logistics execution and post-delivery assessment. Soliciting client input helps us evaluate performance and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement. This iterative methodology reinforces enduring commercial partnerships.
